Trevor E Blake is the Managing Director of the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange Ltd (ECSE), and its subsidiary, the Eastern Caribbean Central Securities Depository Ltd (ECCSD). He has been the chief executive officer of the Group since January 2005 and has been integrally involved with the Group from inception. He served previously as a member of the first Boards of Directors of the ECSE and its subsidiaries.
Prior to joining the ECSE Group, Mr. Blake held the position of Director of the Financial & Enterprise Development Department of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB), where he had direct responsibility for the Bank’s Money & Capital Markets Development programme. This included the creation of the Eastern Caribbean Securities Market and the Regional Government Securities Market, and the establishment of the ECSE Group companies, and the Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission. His other areas of focus included fostering and promoting the development of the private enterprise in the Currency Union.
Mr. Blake was one of the driving forces behind the Caribbean Corporate Governance Forum, a pan-Caribbean grouping established to promote high standards of governance in the region’s private and public sectors. He served as the joint convener of the Forum and its Technical Working Group, which formulated a set of Corporate Governance Principles for the region.
On the regional and hemispheric levels, he has served as a member of several regional committees, including the CARICOM Special Technical Team on Investment, the Regional Investment Promotion Steering Committee, and the University of the West Indies Investment Advisory Committee. He is in his 6th consecutive 2-year term as a member of the Executive Committee of the Association of Central Securities Depositories of the Americas (ACSDA), and previously held the position of Vice President.
Mr. Blake is the current President of the St Kitts-Nevis Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
An active Rotarian, he is a Past President the Rotary Club of St Kitts and a Past District Governor of Rotary International District 7030.
Mr. Blake holds an MBA (Financial Studies) from the University of Nottingham.
Mr. Michael Davis is an experienced financial professional with over five years audit experience in manufacturing, service and financial industries both in Jamaica and St. Kitts and Nevis. Mr. Davis is currently employed with the Caribbean's leading Telecommunications Organisation, driving the financial and operational performance of the company as the Finance Manager for C&W St Kitts and C&W BVI. He possesses excellent financial analysis, financial reporting, cost management and advance KPI dashboard skills that is of great advantage to all organisation looking to improve performance through sound financial analytics.
Nicolas Menon is the CEO Designate of St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla Trading and Development Company Limited (TDC). With a wealth of experience in business management, strategic planning, and financial services, Nicolas has been instrumental in driving growth and profitability across various sectors, including financial services, tourism, and manufacturing.
In his current role, Nicolas leads the strategic direction and operations of the TDC Group, ensuring alignment between corporate goals and financial objectives. His leadership has significantly increased profitability and expanded operations, particularly in the financial services sector.
Nicolas has successfully managed multiple companies within the TDC Group, achieving substantial increases in profitability and regional expansion. His innovative approach to marketing and strategic development has enhanced the company's brand presence and profitability, including the notable listing of TDC on the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange.
