President's Message

The St. Kitts and Nevis Chamber of Industry & Commerce extends an invitation to you to become a member of our team. Our Chamber is the largest and most active private sector agency in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. Our membership is varied, dynamic and progressive. We invite you to be a part of our organization.

Your investment in the St. Kitts and Nevis Chamber of Industry & Commerce provides individual benefits in the form of business referrals and networking opportunities; but it also affords you the opportunity to have a strong voice in the future economic direction of the Federation. Collectively, the local business community, with its many sectoral interests such as tourism, agriculture, manufacturing, general trading, shipping and financial services presents an influential voice to Government that one individual member cannot achieve. As with any organization, your level of influence is directly proportional to your involvement in Chamber activities and leadership. The Chamber is not the Board of Directors, nor its staff – it is the collective membership body working together for the promotion of a healthy, investment-friendly business community. The Chamber is always exploring new avenues of improving the business climate in order to better serve its members and the people of St. Kitts and Nevis.

The St. Kitts-Nevis Chamber of Industry and Commerce is also the official St. Kitts-Nevis employers’ representation to the International Labour Organization (ILO), the local antenna of the Centre for Development Enterprise (CDE), the private sector industrial arm of the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) between the European Union (EU) and the African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries.

We are confident that your addition to our team will result in further strengthening of the private sector’s voice and the advancement of your individual business. Power lies in your investment in the Chamber.

Mr. Faron Lawrence,    President.
